PDO approval for the LED range
As part of the continuous developments and marketing process, Majelite LED products has been evaluated and approved by the Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) and has become the first National LED Lighting producer to be listed in the approved vendor list of PDO.

Won DFM project for street lighting

On the 28th of September 2014, Majelite won its largest order for supply and installation of Decorative Street Lighting Poles and Fixtures for the Dualization of Firq-Marfa Daris Road in the Dhakliyah Region. This project was under Ministry of Transport and Communication, Constructed by C.C.C under the Consultancy of Parsons International.

LED Launch and Presentation
On 21st of May 2014, Majelite Launched their new LED Range of Lighting fixtures. In the first phase, Majelite has launched their Indoor Led luminaries along with the technical back up from world renowned LED component manufacturers, TCI and Tridonic.

ISO 9001:2008
Majees Lighting Industries was awarded with ISO 9001:2008 certified by UKAS – Bureau Veritas for Design, Manufacturing and Distribution of Lighting Fixtures, thus becoming the first local lighting manufacturer to get the same in the Sultanate of Oman.
